FW Length: 38-43 mm.
Geographic Range: Occurs from sea level to 1400 m on the Atlantic slope, and as rare migrant individuals on the Pacific slope and the Meseta Central. This species is most commonly found in forest habitats , but not infrequent in second growth if there is a forest nearby.
Host Plant (s): Passiflora vitifolia, P. Biflora and most other Ppassiflora spp. (Passifloraceae).
