Habitat: Canopy and edges of mid-mountain wet forest

LPWG Sightings: Common to abundant at feeders year round.

Special Features: Endemic to mountains of Costa Rica

Field Marks: The male has a glittering green breast while the female has a whitish breast. Both have a decurved bill.
