Cancellation Policies We recommend a three-night stay for guests looking to make the most of their Peace Lodge experience. Please keep in mind, as beautiful as we think our property is we limit our guests’ stay to four nights, in order for you to explore other areas of Costa Rica. This is the ‘house policy’ and under no circumstances will the policy change. There is NO REFUND if cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the reservation date. When cancellation notification is received between 15 and 30 days prior to the reservation, a $50 processing fee per room will be charged. Payment will be forfeited if guest(s) arrive after the specific date of reservation or depart prior to final day of reservation. Reservations for rooms of 3 or more per night must be PAID IN FULL 60 days prior to the reservation date. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. All cancellations need to be sent via e-mail to peacelodgereservations@waterfallgardens.com or fax (C.R.) 011-506-225-1082 or (U.S.) 954-727-3999. A cancellation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received an email or fax cancellation code from our reservation’s office. |
